Nature-based mentoring

Experience nature | Learn from dogs | Develop yourself

Maybe you recognize this: You keep postponing decisions, even though you know what you should do. You struggle to follow through on things, feel constantly drained, or like you’re always trying to meet everyone’s expectations. You compare yourself to others, keep going in circles, search for direction, and sometimes wonder if this is really all there is.

👉 You realize it can’t go on like this.
👉 You know something needs to change, but you don’t know where to start.
👉 You feel like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.

I work with people who are exactly at this point. Who have been going in circles for weeks or months, stuck on the same questions: “What do I actually want?”, “Do I stay or do I leave?”, “Do I go all in – or let it go?”

👉 You go outside with me into nature and we work directly on these topics, while walking, sitting, or moving with the dogs.

What this means in practice:
– We make decisions on the spot that you’ve been postponing
– We go through your current situation honestly (job, overwhelm, open decisions)
– I ask you the questions you’ve been avoiding
– We use movement and environment to stop your mind from looping
– You get clear, direct feedback, not what feels nice, but what actually moves you forward

  1. “I actually know what I should do, but I just can’t make a decision.”
  2. “I keep planning things, but in the end I always end up putting them off.”
  3. “I feel tired all day, even when I’ve actually slept enough.”
  4. “I often say yes even though I mean no – and then I get annoyed with myself afterwards.”
  5. “I constantly feel like I’m not good enough, no matter what I achieve.”
  6. “I keep wondering more and more often whether what I’m doing even makes sense anymore.”
  7. “I keep ending up in the same situations, even though I feel like I should have learned from them by now.”
  8. “I wanted to do something, but then I ended up on my phone again.”
  1. You make real decisions on site, without avoiding them. Afterwards, we look at what is actually blocking you.
  2. You immediately complete a small task – without preparation, without overthinking.
  3. We look in real life at what truly drains you and what is just “too much in your head”.
  4. You practice saying no clearly and positioning yourself directly. In real situations, in the moment.
  5. You are intentionally placed in situations where you are not performing or functioning. Just you, without a role.
  6. You spend time in silence without distractions. We look at what remains when everything else falls away.
  7. We take a real situation from your life and find the exact moment where your pattern starts.
  8. You work in clear phases without phone or input. You experience directly what happens to your focus.

The Huskies: The dogs are always part of your days here – not as a method, but as part of everyday life. In working with them, it quickly becomes visible how you react, whether you’re clear or avoiding. Not through conversation, but directly in the situation. At the same time, they bring a sense of calm, because not everything happens through words.
Movement in nature: Hiking with huskies, wilderness tours, optional canoeing. Physical, but not extreme – just enough to get you out of your mental loop.
1:1 mentoring: No theory. We work through your topics and make decisions you’ve been avoiding.
Shared time: Fire, food, conversations. No small talk; Real exchange with people in similar situations.
Time alone: A guesthouse in the middle of nature. Time without distractions and constant input.

For people who realize they’re going in circles and are ready to face it honestly.
For people who don’t want more input, but clarity and decisions.
For people who need to step out of their environment for real change to happen.

My name is Anna.
I work with people who feel stuck and know they can’t continue like this. Not in a seminar room but outside, through movement, direct conversations and clear feedback. This is not about optimizing you or making you function better.
It’s about facing what your actual problem is and what you do with it.
I live in northern Sweden with my partner and my sled dogs. Nature here isn’t a concept, it’s daily life, and that’s where I work. I know both sides: Structure, security, planning, through my chemistry studies and work in industry. And the moment you realize: this doesn’t fit anymore. Not just thinking about that transition – but actually making it – that’s what my work is about.

What you won’t get: Avoidance, nice words, or endless reflection without results.
What you will get: Honest conversations, clear questions, and someone who addresses what you’ve been avoiding.

  • The dogs react directly to you. Not to your words but to your clarity, your presence, your hesitation.
  • You recognize what your real problem is. Not the story you’ve been telling yourself but what’s actually underneath.
  • You stop analyzing everything and start making decisions.
  • You see the patterns that keep you stuck and where you reinforce them.
  • You leave with:
    – clear decisions
    – concrete next steps
    – and awareness of what you will change

Typical patterns we identify and break:
  • You stay in a situation that doesn’t feel right anymore, just because it feels “safe”
  • You overthink everything, analyze, compare and still don’t make a decision
  • You get lost in concepts, strategies or thoughts, instead of actually changing something
  • You believe you have to figure everything out on your own before getting support

Nature and working with the dogs take you out of your usual patterns very quickly. You notice immediately how you react, where you avoid things and where you’re not clear. The dogs don’t react to your words, they react to your attitude. And that makes things visible that you usually overlook in your everyday life.

  • I listen to you but not just to what you say. Also to what you leave out, downplay or try to make sound better than it is.
  • I ask questions that are uncomfortable. Not to put pressure on you but so you stop avoiding yourself.
  • I address things you’ve probably been aware of for a long time but haven’t faced. Directly and without detours.
  • We don’t follow a fixed concept. We work on what is actually relevant for you right now, even if it’s not what you came for.
  • We don’t stay on the surface. If something matters, we go there, even if it’s uncomfortable.
  • People who realize they are going in circles and are ready to face that honestly.
  • People at a point where a decision needs to be made: in their job, in a relationship, or in their life overall.
  • People who have already thought a lot but still don’t take action.
  • People who are not interested in more concepts, tools or endless self-optimization but actually want to change something.
  • People who can handle honest, direct feedback, even when it’s uncomfortable.
  • People who are willing to leave their usual environment because they know they’ll keep repeating the same patterns if they stay.
  • If you recognize yourself in this: Get in touch.
  • We’ll have one clear conversation about: Where you are right now, what your real issue is and whether this way of working actually fits you.
  • After that, you decide: Do you keep going the way you have been or do you actually deal with it now?
