Activities summer/autumn

Experience the nature and magic of Lapland in summer

What this is really about: This is not a typical retreat to switch off. You spend time outside: Alone, with me, or with the dogs and use that time to work through topics you’ve been avoiding in your daily life. Not in theory, but directly on the spot. Each day is tailored individually and shaped around your needs: activities in nature, quiet moments, reflection, or conversations – always with a clear focus on nature-based mentoring.

What this means in practice:
• We talk about your real situation (job, stress, decisions), without avoiding anything
• I ask you the questions you’ve been avoiding
• You get direct feedback, not softened, but clear
• We make decisions on the spot instead of postponing them
• You use movement and the environment to get out of overthinking

What makes this retreat different:
🌲 No fixed program: We work on what is actually relevant for you right now
🌲 Not time away just to “get out” but time to actually sort things out
🌲 Conversations that don’t stay on the surface
🌲 Outdoor activities that take you out of your usual patterns

I am not a coach, not a trainer, and not a marketing promise.
I am a woman who lives what she teaches:

Connection to nature
– Depth instead of distraction
– Clarity instead of clichés
– Self-responsibility instead of overwhelm

I guide people through boundary experiences.
My gift is holding the space in which others remember who they truly are.
For this, I use words, silence, dogs, and nature as mirrors.
