Wir sind gerade zurückgekommen aus Lappland. Eins der Highlights war der Hundeschlittenausflug mit Anna.Jederzeit wieder 🫶

wir waren mit unserer grossen Gruppe letzte Woche und sind sowas von begeistert. Besser kann man es nicht machen. Hier steht die Tierliebe an oberster Stelle. Weiter so. wir sehen uns dann 2027 hoffentlich wieder. alles Liebe vom Hannover Rudel

Mir fehlen noch etwas die Worte, denn das war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Sowohl die kleine Trekking Tour, als auch mein Lebenstraum Schlittenfahrt haben mich emotional komplett abgeholt. Ich bin überglücklich, dass wir bei Paws of Björnlund gelandet sind, denn alles an unserem Besuch war perfekt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an alle ❤️❤️❤️

In kleiner Gruppe haben wir im 05. Februar 2026 einen unvergesslichen Tag bei Anna und Jeldrik verbracht. Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen, bekamen umfangreiche Informationen über die Huskys, über das Leben mit den Hunden und über die Rennen, die sie durchführen. Jeweils in zweier Teams ging es nach dem Einspannen der Hunde mit den Schlitten in einen phantastischen Wintermärchenwald. Es war unglaublich schön. Da ich den Schlitten gern allein steuern wollte, bekam ich eine hilfreiche Einweisung. Danke für euer Vertrauen! Es wird ein unvergessenes Erlebnis bleiben. Nach der Tour haben wir gemeinsam am Lagerfeuer geplaudert und die wunderschönen Eindrücke verarbeitet. Danke Anna und Jeldrik für diese tollen Stunden. Liebe Grüße ganz besonders an eure Hunde. Absolut top Destination für eine Schlittenhundfahrt. Anna gab uns sehr viel Hintergrundinfo über ihre Arbeit mit den Hunden. Familäre Atmosphäre mit Kaffee und Keksen in der Küche.

Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Man merkt das die Tiere sich total wohlfühlen. Genauso merkt man das die Besitzer total für ihre Farm und Tiere schwärmen.

We went as a family of four. What an unforgettable experience! The guide and “helpers” gave us a warm welcome. They promote an authentic experience - and it truly is one. The tour was adventurous while letting us enjoy stunning landscapes. You can really tell they love what they do (and the dogs!). It’s a small, human-scale business, intentionally kept that way to ensure the dogs are well cared for. Their genuine passion and attention make the whole experience feel very special. The fika break was a real highlight too: very nice cake and insightful conversations (they took the time to answer all our questions).

I appreciate Anna and Jeldrik's hospitality! Early in the morning, Jeldrik drove us to the farm, and before setting off, Anna made sure we were dressed warmly. If our clothing wasn't sufficient, she generously provided equipment. The huskies warmly invited us upon arrival! It was an unforgettable dog sledding experience, allowing us to admire both the sunset and moonlight while traversing the snowy forest. The alternating views of the sunset and moon created beautiful memories. This journey brought us enjoyable moments!

One of the most amazing experience in my life 😍 thank you paws of björnlund! We had the opportunity to learn so many things about the dogs, to hug and pet them and the slide with the dogs it was a magical experience! It's important for me that the owners take care the dogs with the best way ❤

This is a late review, and I take the blame. Not a single day that me & my girlfriend not think about how amazing and how unique those days were at Paws of Bjornlund. We were looking into spending a few calm days and experience living closer to a colder and snowier lifestyle. We didn't book the slay but we did want to experience being and knowing the dogs and what is living with them in such a beautiful and extreme environment. It is exactly as expected and Anna shared her experiences and made us feel very welcome. If you wish to experience high latitudes and a complete different environment I could not recommend enough, this is the place to feed your love and curiosity for some deep snow and the most enchanting views.

Drive your own team ! Incredible experience with Anna and her dogs. It was just amazing. We were driving for 35km our own sled inside the forest, climbing little swedish mountains and sliding down fast ! It was perfect ! If you want something different this is your place ! Thanks !

I have booked the session “Drive your own team”. What a great experience it has been for me. Get to know the Alaska Huskies, building confidence with great explanations how to drive and get back on if falling. The tour itself brought me to various landscapes where the beautiful merges with magic. Just be sure to be in good physical condition, this is required and the huskies do deserve it ! Thanks again !

My partner had booked the dog sledding experience for both of us. It was easy to find Paws of björnlund on google and there were clear signs for driving. Once arrived, we were greeted by Anna and another lady, as well as the Alaskan huskies. Anna is very friendly and introduced us more about the type of huskies they have, why this is important for dog sledding activities, and how she takes care of the huskies. In addition, she looked after our wellbeing and was prepared to offer warmer clothing and/or shoes for this experience, if neccessary. As part of this experience, Anna allow guests to be more involved, where you could enter the kennels with her to meet and greet her huskies, learn how to strap/unstrap them comfortably onto/from the sledge, and at the end of the activity, thank the huskies' hardwork with pets and frozen treats. This was a lovely experience for both of us and I highly recommend Paws of Björnlund. Anna is very passionate taking care of her huskies, as well as dog sledding. She is very engaging and looked after us very well. May your dreams take you far and continue to prosper!

Absolute recommendation! We spent about a week with Anna and Jeldrik and it was a great experience! The accommodation is very clean and well maintained and Anna and Jeldrik are the perfect hosts! We had booked an all-inclusive package and this really left nothing to be desired. Every morning there was a fantastic breakfast and every evening Jeldrik, who is a trained chef, made a very delicious dinner. Besides Anna and Jeldrik, about 20 dogs and a cat have their home there. The accommodation and care of the dogs is exemplary and one notices immediately how great the care of Anna and Jeldrik is for their dogs. In addition to our stay, we booked several tours and each was an incomparable and unforgettable experience. Be it the tours with the huskies or the tours organized by Anna and Jeldrik with the snowmobile or to a reindeer enclosure - each of these experiences was outstanding in itself. Not to forget that we also had the chance to see northern lights. So, in summary, a great time as it hardly gets any better. We can absolutely recommend a stay with Anna and Jeldrik and/or the tours they offer!

We spent a wonderful time at Paws of Björnlund. We got to know a lot of things about the dogs in general and dog sledding. Anna was very passionate when talking about each dog and its character. The dogs were very nice, playful and happy. A place worth visiting when in Swedish Lapland. Thank you! 🙂

We did a custom-made tour for four people that packed snowmobiling, husky sledding and hill walk to pro-chef fire-cooked dinner into one day. All the events were professionally delivered and high quality. For example, proper overalls and boots available and snowmobiles had heated handles, even on passenger seats and heated handles and thumb switches for driver (these details matter if it happens to be very cold). The dogs were amazing and Anna’s passion and commitment to it helps make this memorable and authentic. Moose burgers with pear thing (can’t remember details) were a super-tasty way to finish it off. This was a great day and good value for money. Definitely recommend this.

It has been a wonderful experience and I am suggesting this guesthouse also to my friends. Anna and Jeldrik have a geninune passion for their jobs, their life style and their wonderful dogs. We stayed in February for 6 days for our anniversary and every day has made it a special and unique journey. Anna sent a package for our stay, with activities planned for the whole week. We went ice fishing, hiked with dogs until we arrived to this wonderful desolated cabin at night where Jeldrik cooked a typical Swedish dinner. We had the experience to drive the sled with our team of huskies, had a fun day with snowmobile and met reeinders. Even though the activities were many and some also challenging, we had moments were we could relax and enjoy our time there. We didn't have good luck in seeing the Northern Lights, but every night our hosts would scan the apps and see where it was visible. Anna picked us up one night and drove to this desolated swap where the reverb was visible. Unfortunately for us, every night was cloudy. Their guesthouse is located near their house and every morning it was so nice going to their home and have breakfast together. It felt like home. We miss the tranquility and the magic atmosphere of that place and especially all 20 dogs and 2 cats!! We hope to have the chance to come back, maybe experiencing summer vibes!

Huskey Trekking Great time spent with the dogs and the owners of this place. Dogs are part of the family, not machines to make money out of tourists. If you want to go Huskey Trekking be in good shape as the dogs are strong and fast.

Highly recommended for everyone who likes to have a challenging trip and see the beautiful swedish landscape. Lovely dogs and great tour guide! We had an amazing week.

Ich war am 28.12.2025 mit meinem Sohn und meinem Ex bei Anna und hatten ein super schönes Erlebnis. Die Einweisung war sehr ausführlich sodass man sich sicher fühlte. Anna fuhr mit unserem Sohn voraus und ich saß im zweiten wagen, der von meinem Ex gefahren wurde. Es war eine sehr schöne Tour und Anna war sehr geduldig. Wir durften die Hunde an die Schlitten spannen und bei der Pause anspannen sowie füttern. Ich kann dieses einmalige Erlebnis wärmstens empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren am letzten Sonntag den 28.12. auf einer Tour mit Anna und Ihren Huskies. Nach einer sehr intensiven Einweisung ging es dann los mit der Tour. Natürlich durfte beim erstmal mal fahren auch ein Sturz nicht fehlen 🙈. Aber da wir gut eingewiesen worden sind, wussten wir uns da auch zu helfen. Dann hatte es großen Spaß gemacht zu fahren. Dadurch das Anna vor uns gefahren ist, konnte ich mir einiges abschauen und hab es im großen und ganzen gut nach machen können. Die Hunde sind so zutraulich und total lieb. Besonders Phelps hat es unseren Sohn angetan. Er hätte ihn am liebsten mitgenommen 🙈 Vielen lieben Dank an Anna, Ihr Team und natürlich den Hunden.

Een fantastische week gehad bij Anna, Jeldrik en hun lieve honden. Prachtige rustige omgeving, weg van alle toeristen. Anna en Jeldrik zijn hele lieve mensen en het was alsof ik bij familie logeerden. Hun liefde voor dieren is prachtig. Je leert de honden echt kennen in die week. Ook het eten van Jeldrik was heerlijk. De activiteiten waren zeer goed geregeld en het huis was groot en netjes. Een week om nooit meer te vergeten. Ik hoop ooit nog eens terug te keren. Bedankt Anna en Jeldrik voor een onvergetelijke week!

Ein unvergessliches Abenteuer mit Schlittenhunden! Unsere Tag- und Nachttour mit den Schlittenhunden war einfach magisch! Die Hunde waren unglaublich gut trainiert, freundlich und voller Energie – man merkt sofort, wie sehr sie ihre Arbeit lieben. Es war eine Freude, mit ihnen unterwegs zu sein und ihre Begeisterung zu spüren. Während der Fahrt durch die atemberaubende Winterlandschaft konnten wir verschneite Wälder, weite Ebenen und beeindruckende Bergpanoramen genießen. Die Stille der Natur, nur unterbrochen vom rhythmischen Laufen der Hunde, machte die Erfahrung noch besonderer. Der absolute Höhepunkt war die Nachtfahrt: Unter dem leuchtenden Sternenhimmel fuhren wir durch die Dunkelheit, und dann erschienen plötzlich die Polarlichter am Himmel – ein absolut magischer Moment, den wir nie vergessen werden! Die gesamte Tour war perfekt organisiert, das Team freundlich und professionell. Eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die wir jedem empfehlen können, der Natur, Abenteuer und Hunde liebt!
